It’s that most wonderful time of the year! Karen Ward of Molino, Florida submitted this picture of Santa’s Workshop. The white floral sheeting is as close as Florida’s ever going to come to snow! Her clever use of lighting against the sheeting gives her float that magical Christmas glow!

American Territorial Krewe 2009

This is sure to take you back to a simpler time and the romance of riding the rails! The American Territorial Krewe took second place and a case of champagne with this winner of a float ( I heard that was their plan because first place only gets a trophy)! Jackson County 2005 First Place Float

The National Peanut Festival out of Dothan, Al. is always one of my favorite parades! Each fall we receive a wide array of beautiful parade float pictures. The community is to be commended for all of their hard work in creating these beautiful floats. Notice how the green floral sheeting was used to simulate grass. I just love the butterfly created from light green and medium blue sheeting! First place was certainly well deserved.
